Precautions when using rivet nuts:

1. Check whether the gun nozzle screw is assembled correctly, select the corresponding gun head and bolt according to the scale of the willow nut, and confirm whether the connecting parts are firmly connected.

2. Pay attention to the deformation length or displacement of the willow nut, and then correctly adjust the opening angle of the operating rod.

3. The calibration ring of the willow nut gun is used to adjust the riveting stroke, and can be adjusted as needed during operation. It is worth noting that: when adjusting the length of the rivet bolt, you need to open 2 handles, adjust the sleeve of the gun head, and make the rivet The exposed length of the bolt is slightly longer than the length of the willow nut. Tighten the adjusting nut and the gun body.

4. Pull out all the bakelite with open hands, put the corresponding rivet nut on the end of the anchor bolt and clamp it, push the bakelite to screw it on the bolt head, and then insert the anchor nut into the pre-drilled hole of the rivet piece , and then press the two handles hard. At this time, the anchor nut expands to rive the workpiece, then pull out the bakelite ball, and the anchor bolt withdraws from the threaded hole. The rivet nut pulling device can be completed.
