Press riveting standoffs are divided into 4 types according to material and internal thread: quick-cutting steel through-hole riveting nut SO, stainless steel through-hole riveting nut SOS, fast-cutting steel blind-hole pressure riveting standoff BSO type and stainless steel blind-hole pressure riveting standoff BSOS type for use in different environments.

Application description of rivet standoffs;

1. When choosing a standoff, it must be based on the thickness of the plate used and the exact size range. The hardness of the mild steel plate must be less than 70RB, and the hardness of the stainless steel plate must be less than 80RB.

2. Free-cutting iron surface treatment, stainless steel maintains its natural color. Users can order according to the model specifications in the table, or special order according to their needs.

3. The hole size of the plate must be processed according to the tolerance size 0- plus 0.075mm, and it is recommended to punch.

4. The installation must be achieved by "riveting" operation, it must not be knocked in by impact.

5. When the material is stainless steel, the tail number is marked with "S".

6. The end face of the straight nut column is represented by "C".

7. The length of the through-hole standoff below 10mm is full thread, and the 6-angle end face (I type) or the round end face (II type) can be hinged above 10mm.
