The fastening of plates and tubes of various thicknesses (0.5mm-6mm) must be riveted. It can be riveted at one time with a pneumatic or manual riveting gun, which is convenient and firm; it replaces the traditional welding It makes up for the shortcomings of welding nuts that are easy to melt and get stuck when welding metal plates and thin tubes.

Precautions for the use of riveting guns:

1. Before starting work, inject a small amount of lubricating oil from the air inlet to ensure its working performance and service life.

2. Maintain the specified intake pressure. If the intake pressure is too small, the power of the riveting hammer will decrease, not only the riveting efficiency is low, but also the rivet head may crack due to excessive hammering.

3. The button can only be pressed after the rivet on the punch is tightened. Otherwise, the reciprocating motion of the piston will consume some energy, and the piston will hit the casing, causing damage to the rivet gun.

4. Use a protective spring to firmly connect the punch to the gun body to prevent the punch from flying out and damaging people or products.

5. Hold the handle with the right hand and press the button with the index finger to start the rivet gun. This button can be used to adjust the compressed air to ensure the smooth operation of the rivet gun. At the beginning of riveting, due to the long rivet rod, there is a gap between the rivet rod and the rivet hole. Large, the rivet rod is easy to bend when hammered. So press the button lightly to reduce the power of the rivet gun. When the rivet rod fills the riveting hole, press the riveting force to quickly form the pier head. When the pier head is nearly completed , the button should be gradually released to prevent the pier head from being hit too low.

6. The tail of the punch is prepared according to different types of riveting guns and cannot be used in series to avoid damage to parts and reduce efficiency.

7. Do not empty the gun at will during use, so as not to damage the parts.
