How to use a rivet gun

1. Before starting work, a small amount of lubricant should be injected from the air inlet to ensure the working performance and usage time of the rivet gun.

2. Maintain the specified inlet pressure. If the inlet pressure is too small, the power of the rivet hammer will decrease. Not only will the riveting efficiency be low, but the rivet head may break due to too many hammering times.

3. The punch only presses the button after tightening the rivet. Otherwise, the piston will reciprocate, thus consuming part of the energy, and the piston will hit the shell, thereby damaging the rivet gun.

4. Use a protective spring to fix the punch on the spray gun body to prevent the punch from flying out and injuring people or objects.

5. Hold the handle with your right hand and press the button with your index finger to start the rivet gun. This button can be used to adjust the size of the compressed air to ensure that the rivet gun works smoothly. When riveting starts, because the rivet rod is long, the gap between the rivet rod and the rivet hole is small. Large, the rivet rod is easy to bend when hammering. Therefore, pressing the button lightly can reduce the power of the rivet gun. When the rivet rod fills the rivet hole and then presses, the riveting force increases and the head is quickly formed. When the head is nearly completed , gradually release the button to prevent the bridge pier from bumping.

6. The punch tail is made according to different rivet gun models. Do not use them in series to avoid damaging the parts and reducing efficiency.

7. Do not empty the spray gun at will during use to avoid damaging the machine.
