Application of rivet standoff

1. When choosing a standoff, the size range must be determined according to the thickness of the plate used. The hardness of the low carbon steel plate must be less than 70RB, and the hardness of the stainless steel plate must be less than 80RB.

2. The surface of free-cutting iron is treated, and the primary color of stainless steel remains the same. Users can order according to the model specifications in the table, and can also make special customizations according to their needs.

3. The hole size of the board must be processed according to the tolerance of 0- plus 0.075mm, and it is recommended to drill.

4. Installation must be achieved by "riveting" operation, no impact or knock is allowed.

5. When using stainless steel as the material, the tail number is marked with "S".

6. The end face of the straight standoff is represented by "C".

7. The length of the through-hole nut column below 10mm is full thread, and the 6-angle end face (I type) or the round end face (II type) can be reamed above 10mm.
